175th Indiana University Bloomington Commencement May 8, 2004

Former Indiana first lady Judy O'Bannon addressed the 2004 graduating class during two commencement ceremonies on the Indiana University Bloomington campus this weekend. Tens of thousands of friends and family filled Assembly Hall twice to witness these rites of passage for more than seven thousand graduating students.

This Web page was originally intended to provide just audio-only coverage of the two sessions, but interest in the morning ceremony from outside news organizations made it possible for us to provide video coverage of that session. The two sessions are identical except for the conferral of degrees upon different schools' graduates.
