President's 2005 State of the University Address

IU President Adam Herbert presented his second annual State of the University address Tuesday, Sept. 27, at 3 p.m. in the Frangipani Room of the Indiana Memorial Union on the Bloomington campus, in conjunction with the first University Faculty Council meeting of the academic year.
