Lee Hamilton speaks on America's foreign policy As part of the Chancellor's Forum Lecture Series at Indiana University Bloomington, former U.S. congressman Lee H. Hamilton delivered a lecture on March 26, 2003. His topic was Reflections on American Foreign Policy.
Mr. Hamilton is director of the Center On Congress at IU Bloomington. He is also director of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.
The U.S. currently occupies a position of unprecedented preeminence in international affairs. Lee Hamilton discussed the burdens and opportunities that come with being the only superpower.
