Joseph Silverstein

Joseph Silverstein is renowned as a conductor and violinist. He served as the Music Director of the Utah Symphony Orchestra from 1983 until 1998 and has appeared as conductor and soloist with more than 100 orchestras around the world. As a violinist, Mr. Silverstein served as concertmaster of the Boston Symphony from 1962 to 1984 and is currently on the faculty of the Longy School of Music in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
