Bill T. Jones received an honorary doctorate from IU at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 21 at the Ruth N. Hall Theatre in the Lee Norvelle Theatre and Drama Center. IU President Michael A. McRobbie said Jones, as one of the nation's most renowned choreographers and dancers, continues to push the boundaries of modern dance.
